A brass name plate displays your baby’s name and date of birth, and felt pads under the base protect your furniture.

When a Scotsman saw a suit of armor, the idea of bronzing baby shoes and memorabilia was born. The baby boom of the 1940’s and 1950’s propelled its popularity, but recent generations are less familiar with the concept.

Indelible memories are almost “carved in stone” by the preserving the shoes worn when baby crossed the line between infancy and toddlerhood, from a babe in arms to exerting independence for the first, but definitely not the last time!

Traditional methods involved electroplating using potentially hazardous chemicals if handled improperly. We use environmentally friendly chemicals and processes for lustrous, durable, tarnish-free shoes. Each step is hand-crafted, old world artisan-style, 21st century “green.”
